Daghe (Esan: "to see") is an offline-first Progressive Web App that helps Community Health Workers conduct AI-assisted medical imaging screening in resource-limited settings — with or without an internet connection.

Bring the diagnostic power of AI-assisted imaging to every CHW, everywhere — regardless of connectivity, language, or device capability.
Screening Modalities
Daghe launches with cervical cancer screening (VIA) and is designed to expand to chest X-ray (TB), MRI, CT, ultrasound, skin lesions, retinal imaging, and more — each as a self-contained module.
Privacy by Design
No patient names, IDs, or contact details are ever collected. Images are deleted from memory immediately after analysis. All encounter data is fully anonymous.
Technology
On-device AI via TensorFlow.js TFLite (WASM), 5-step inference fallback chain, Supabase database, 19 African and European languages.
